"Ideas Worth Spreading" in Tirana

As promised, this time we will share some of the short but successful TEDx experience in Tirana. The event will take place in May 3 and we are keen on making this an annual tradition in our society. Since last year our aim was to bring to Albania this unique event that is dedicated to spreading great ideas and thus joining the large pool of curious minds and souls that are open to new ideas.

In the previous year TEDx Tirana was held in April under the theme “Reshaping boundaries- Reviving passions...” Following the general format of TEDx, TEDx Tirana brought a variety of speakers on stage. Some of them are well-known for their contribution to the Albanian society like Adi Krasta or the pianist Merita Rexha. However, there were also representatives from areas like Psychology, Politics, Computer Science, Medicine and more who passionately shared their ideas and experience on TEDx Tirana stage.

As you might have seen on the cover picture here and on the official Facebook page, the topic this year will be “Blissful Uncertainty.” We already have the full list of speakers which is available on TEDx Tirana Official page on Facebook. On the next post we will share more about them. We guarantee you that TEDx Tirana 2014 will be a colorful event -a real celebration of great ideas and more. We are reveling some of the performers that will be part of it, so stay tuned.
